A strategic plan provides overall direction for communities as they seek to realize their vision for the future. Community redevelopment is greatly enhanced by a clear vision, a mission statement, objectives, strategies, and an action plan.
Elan works with communities to plan, design, and develop strategic plans to promote a sense of place, preserve natural and cultural resources. Elan has completed several comprehensive plans across New York State and is often requested to present at conferences to assist and educate communities on the planning process.
