Broome County has big plans for the Brandywine Corridor in Binghamton. Leaders and Planners from Elan envision everything from possible modern housing units and business offices to new retail shops. “We’re looking at areas that may lie vacant today and bringing them back to life with jobs and bringing increased taxes into the county and city,” said Lisa Nagle of Elan Planning, Design & Landscape Architecture. Village of Catskill applies for Brownfield Grant Application
