Elan Planners to Present at Association of Towns 2011 Conference

isa Nagle, a founding principal of Elan, and Jaclyn Hakes, Senior Planner, are scheduled to present at the annual 2011 Association of Town’s conference in NYC on February 20th. Their presentation is entitled “Using Waterfront Revitalization Strategies to Advance Community Revitalization” and will focus on the Town of Wilmington as a case study.
