A public information meeting was held June 17, 2010 for the Route 50 Corridor Study. Two articles were published regarding this meeting – one by the Times Union and the other by the Saratogian.
The Town of Warrensburg received a grant from NYS Local Waterfront Revitalization and hired Elan Planning & Design to start work on the next phase of the Town’s Master Plan, which includes a Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan. The Town’s Newsletter is attached for further information.
Elan assisted the Village of Catskill and the Greene County IDA with a local brownfields study grant application. If successful, the grant would allow the community to study their brownfields and then make recommendations for their use. View the full The Daily Mail article.
