<p>CLARB supports its Member Boards in protecting the health, safety and welfare of the public through the establishment of standards of competency and the preparation, administration and scoring of the L.A.R.E. Licensure is a formal recognition that an individual has demonstrated sufficient knowledge, skill and ability to practice the profession and conveys legal professional privileges and responsibilities. Licensure is generally considered the threshold to the profession of landscape architecture.</p>
