Elements of the Plan include Geyser Road, Railroad Run Trail, local neighborhood connections, the entrance to the Saratoga Spa State Park, and the revitalization of Geyser Creek.</p>
<p>Elan was chosen from a shortlist of firms by the Stakeholder Committee comprised of the Capital District Transportation Committee, NY Department of Transportation, the City of Saratoga Springs and New York State Parks.</p>
