Elan Planning, Design & Landscape Architecture will work with the Town of Warrensburg, in partnership with the Warren County Planning and Community Development Department, to undertake preparation of a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP), a Comprehensive Plan, and a zoning update to address economic development, residential growth and housing needs, recreation, infrastructure, transportation, environmental resources, community services, aesthetics, and the reuse of brownfield sites. The project will result in the preparation of two separate plans and adoption of zoning amendments.
