Village of Hamilton Downtown
The Village of Hamilton chose Elan Planning, Design & Landscape Architecture to provide a Five-Way Intersection Study for a congested intersection in the heart of downtown. Hamilton is based in the Leatherstocking Region of New York State and is home to Colgate University.
Based upon identified key issues, professional designs and recommendations will be provided by Elan. Public participation and consensus building with stakeholders in the community are integral features of the project.
