Hudson River Receives National Water Trail Designation

Greene County Rails to Trails and “Greene-way” System

Tioga County Long Term Community Recovery Strategy

$11M in Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) Grant Applications

Elan submitted over $11 Million in Grant Funding Requests for our clients for various projects throughout the state of New York as a part of the 2012 New York State Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) round.  Applications were made to the NYS Division of Coastal Resources, NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation, and NYS Empire State Development Corporation.

Lyons Falls Redevelopment Study

Elan led the development of a Step 2 Nomination Study funded by NY State’s Brownfield Opportunity Area Program for Lyons Falls, NY. The focus of the effort was on Village-wide revitalization and the redevelopment of the vacant Lyons Falls Paper Mill. Elan has been working with the Village of Lyons falls since 2009.
