Elan's Vermont office is a recent expansion that provides enhanced access to our New England clients. Our Northeast projects our managed by Darrow Mansfield who joined Elan earlier this year as a Senior Land Use Planner.
Mr. Mansfield has a keen understanding of Vermont's Act 250 and local regulatory processes that is of great benefit to a project from the conceptual development phase on. He is a veteran of the planning and development process with a successful career portfolio of projects throughout New England.

Lisa Nagle, AICP, a founding partner with Elan Planning & Design, Inc., has actively practiced strategic planning, visioning, and economic development for communities throughout the northeast for 17 years. In addition, she has proven experience in a broad range of grant writing and utilizing geographic information systems (GIS) to assist clients in decision making with regard to community planning, site development, and resource management. Throughout her career, Lisa Nagle has led and developed numerous projects in close partnership with community leaders, volunteer committees, the private sector, and the general public. As a result, Lisa Nagle helped create several consensus based plans that were adopted and are being directly implemented. In 17 years of professional practice in both the public and private sector, she has developed a broad based project portfolio. Lisa continues to work closely with a variety of public and private sector clients across New York State.
Jere Tatich, a founding partner with Elan Planning & Design, Inc., has practiced landscape architecture, involving programming, design and construction for 25 years. He has extensive experience in contextual design and concept development for individual sites as well as broad areas thus helping bring client ideas into reality. Throughout his career, Jere Tatich has developed a broad based project portfolio in both the public and private sector. As a result, Jere Tatich has accomplished a wide variety of projects relating to overall master planning, sports and recreation, and strategic concept development. The project locations are inclusive of a geographic area that covers the eastern coast of the United States with an introduction to international work. Jere continues to work closely with a varied client base across New York State.
